Lead Journalist
I am a writer and freelance journalist who specializes in explaining science to the public. I have been long fascinated with the idea of explaining ourselves to other potential intelligences beyond Earth, to say nothing of what they might have to say to us. I offer my combined interests and experiences in the humanities and sciences to help explain the FfE project to humanity and others.
It is a genuine delight and privilege to be a part of this project to organize and develop this very important and literally far-reaching idea. We are just beginning to spread out into the Milky Way galaxy and we must start planning now how best to approach this great unknown and in the most intelligent and diplomatic ways possible.
